Ingredients
Ingredients
- 2 pounds seedless watermelon, cut into cubes
- 1/2 pound strawberries, halved and hulled
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Directions
Working in batches, puree watermelon in a blender. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl (discard solids). Puree strawberries; add to bowl. Add sugar and lime juice and stir until sugar has completely dissolved.
Pour mixture into ten 3-ounce ice-pop molds and insert sticks. Freeze pops until solid, 2 1/2 to 3 hours (or up to 1 week).

Solid recipe! My effort actually yielded 12 pops and they all looked just as delicious as the picture posted for this recipe. I used 1/4 cup of sugar and a touch of Stevia...these pops are so refreshing and taste amazing.

Left out the sugar again, these are so good! Also made them with swirled in yogurt (both plain & vanilla) & equally delicious!
