Delicious restaurant style chips that are simple to make. I used corn tortillas and lightly brushed with olive oil and topped with sea salt. I made 2 batches in under 15 minutes. So good!!

The chips came out great! They were extremely simple to make, and are a healthier alternative to store bought chips. I used flour tortillas and they came out nice and crisp.

This is a great recipe if you're looking for a last-minute entertaining idea. Easy, delicious, and really goes a long way to impressing dinner guests (in my experience, anyway). I have a preference for using corn tortillas, but have never tried flour for this recipe. Has anyone tried both? Which ones do you prefer?
