- 1 pint lemon sorbet 1/4 cup best-quality tequila Finely grated zest of 2 limes
Directions
Using an ice cream scoop, spoon 2 scoops of sorbet into each of 4 glasses. Drizzle 1 tablespoon tequila over sorbet in each glass, and sprinkle with lime zest. Serve immediately.
