I was looking for a vegetable side for a Persian chicken and rice dinner (jujeh kebob and tah dig) and this was perfect. It's very important to use an olive oil fine enough for finishing/salad dressings - if you only have cooking grade olive oil on hand, use butter instead. I'm sure this is great with the orzo too. I'll be making this again soon. Martha Stewart Member Rating: 5 stars 09/09/2018 This was a very quick & easy recipe. It'salso very good. Would recommend anyone to make this recipe. Ready in about 12-15 minutes to make.
