Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 10/15/2008 ohhh I'm so excited to try this dish. It's a good thing a have salmon fillets in my freezer. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 09/10/2008 Great dish, good for a healthy meal.My husband loves it especially the salsa.Instead of salmon, I used dorado fillet fish and it was good.. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 09/04/2008 Loved it! I used the leftover cilantro in the rice, there is an Everyday Food recipie for Cilantro rice that goes very nicely with this dish. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 08/26/2008 Great, healthy recipe. The mango salsa was delicious, and there is a lot left over, so I'm going to have to figure out how to reuse it tomorrow night. Didn't have time to clean the broiler, so we baked the salmon in the oven instead. I served this dish with plain white rice, which went nicely.
