Martha Stewart Member Rating: 5 stars 06/27/2018 It would have been so much easier if the Eton Mess AND the Berry Puree had been combined into one complete recipe. Although, in the end it was a total success. It was served and enjoyed at my great nieces Bridal Shower Brunch. Thanks, Martha.

Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 10/18/2011 The meringues are so easy to make, although they do take some time, are light and delish. Just egg whites, sugar and something to stablize the egg whites. They do sell them in the store. I'll try this recipe, looks really easy and good

Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 10/10/2010 Meringues are cookies (made of egg whites). Completely delicious. If you can't find them at your local store, you can make them (but they take several hours, as they cook very slowly and have to set). Google "meringue cookies" and you'll see some images.

Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 08/06/2010 What in the world are "meringues"? Is this some type of cookie, cakes, that you buy at the store? The only meringue I know of is egg whites whipped, put on top of pies and then baked until brown. This recipe looks so nice and cool for summer, I would like to try making it. Thanks for your help.

This sounds awfully good, raspberries should be ripe by the end of the week, so what perfect timing. Carol in Denver
