It draws all the moisture out of your veg and leaves it watery and mushy. Leave it to each individual to season their own portion. Also, seed your tomatoes for the same reasons.

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and jalapeno. Season with salt and pepper and serve with Baked Plantain Chips.
