What is a 'farmstand pretzel'? Are pretzels common at farm stands in other regions of the country?

I am constantly surprised that there is never any nutritional information included for "healthy" recipes. Are they really healthy?

I thought the original pretzel to peanut butter ratio was too high, so I halved the amount of pretzels (more or less - I just sort of eyeball it). I always make a double batch, and make them slightly smaller to get a greater yield. I also put the mix in the freezer before rolling into balls, and then put the balls back in the freezer before dipping for easier handling. Dipping in dark chocolate and topping with sea salt make them extra special.

I initially had trouble making the balls since I still had some pretzel chunks even after crushing. I put all of the ingredients in my food processor, and they combined beautifully. I also ended up adding a little extra peanut butter as it seemed just a bit dry. After adjustments, they're wonderful! Messy, tasty, fun!

These were a big hit at the party I brought them too, and so easy! I cut the richness of the pb with a little light cream cheese (less than 1/4 c.). Still rich and sinfully tasty!

Delicious! The recipe makes only 12 pieces, though. I doubled it. Forming the balls would be easier if you chilled or froze the dough first. I chilled it for about 1/2 hour in the fridge, but it was still hard to work with.

so yummy! they were so easy to assemble and I already had all the ingredients in my pantry. I decided to keep the pretzel pieces large and used a mixture of milk and semisweet chocolate.
