Martha Stewart Member Rating: 5 stars 04/24/2016 This is a wonderful recipe and is applicable to asparagus and broccoli as well as green beans. I don't believe it's fair of the person who downgraded it because they dislike the cooking method (boiling). If you don't like boiled you're free to cook with your preferred method and proceed from there as directed in the recipe. Then rate the recipe on it's merits not an arbitrary cooking preference.
