                I do double the amount of cream cheese to cut the sugar.  Need the quantity to frost 24 cupcakes

  • 3 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar

Directions

With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until light and fluffy. (To make without a mixer, sift sugar before stirring into cream cheese.)
