                This isn't a recipe... It's an ingredient plus an already prepared soup? Like you might as well have told us to go to the store and buy a can of soup! This is not what I expect from MSL.

                Collard or mustard greens are great too.  Dandelion greens work well too. You don't always have to use kale but it is the most nutritious of the greens I think.  I use any or all of these greens when making homemade veg soup.

  • 1 bunch kale, washed
  • Vegetable or bean soup

Directions

Cut kale into 2-by-3-inch pieces.

Stir into simmering vegetable or bean soup. Cook until tender, 5 to 6 minutes.
