These cookies are quick, and easy. Every time I make these, people love them. Perfectly cooked, leaves a nice buttery, Carmel taste. I also like them slightly over cooked, for a crunchy, toffee taste. I think they would make a fancy decoration for ice cream!

I feel sorry that everyone is picking on poor Sandi but yet, in a way I have to agree. Where did these people come from that have to pick everything to DEATH in life. This poor woman isn't the only one I've known, my sister-in-law is one of these fanatics. You'll find almost EVERY expert will agree with me when we all say - MODERATION IN EVERYTHING! You will find that is the key to life! ANYTHING can be bad for you if you take it to the extremes, INCLUDING, the stress of trying to eat perfectly!

Great idea kea9797!! To ihartbayking: I have a dumb question....Are you dipping the spoon in the butter in order to prevent the cookies from sticking?

We make them extra tasty by dipping half of the cookie into dark chocolate. Wait for them to cool completely!!

If you want to curl them, how about roling them around a broom handle while they are still warm.

It would be nice if the calories, sodium, cholesterol, etc were listed with the recipes.

These are really easy and good!
Tips: I put mine in for about 4 minutes- you need to start watching them at about 2 minutes or they burn fast.
Melt about 1/4 cup of butter in a bowl so you can dip your 1/2 tablespoon in.
Do NOT touch them when they come out of the oven; wait about minute and a half or else you will burn your fingers (obviously) after that time they cool down a lot-pick them up with your fingers and let cool. or make bowls by placing on bottom of a muffin pan.
