  • 2 tablespoons plus 1 additional tablespoon of any of the following syrups: Strawberry Syrup Blueberry Syrup Mint Syrup 2 scoops vanilla ice cream 1/2 cup seltzer

Directions

To prepare 1 cow, pour 2 tablespoons syrup into a chilled glass. Add 2 scoops vanilla ice cream. Drizzle with an additional tablespoon syrup, top with seltzer, and stir.
