After reading all the comments I wasn't quite sure but decided to give the recipe a try. I did reduce the salt to 1 teaspoon rather than the tablespoon. I weighed all the ingredients including the eggs so was able to make just 1 loaf.. I will note, that, if you don't have a good stand mixer I'm not sure if the recipe will work. The speed

Directions
To make macerated-berry topping, combine berries, sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl. Cover; refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
