Martha Stewart Member Rating: 3 stars 07/17/2014 This was good. I added some canned mandarin oranges, and chow mein noodles. But like others, the dressing just did not go. It needed to be a bit sweeter. Something was lacking.... the cilantro was more Mexican than Asian to me.

Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 08/05/2010 For a yummy variation I add 1 T. sesame seed oil to the dressing, add some crispy wonton strips, omit shredded lettuce, scoop up into lettuce cups instead. Even picky kids dig it!

Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 07/30/2008 Yum yum! Loved the combination of ingredients, super easy to make and very flavorful. I think it tastes more Mexican than Asian because of the cilantro

Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 07/28/2008 Great timing, I finally purchased a mandoline over the weekend and I used it to prepare this salad. I added green peppers and to the dressing added crushed red pepper, heat is always a bonus for flavor. I roasted some chicken breasts with EVOO and S
